Editing & Saving Data
Data Bridge Pro allows you to edit database records directly in Excel and push changes back with full change tracking.
Making Edits
Once data is loaded, edit cells like any Excel data:
- Modify values: Click a cell and type a new value
- Add rows: Type in the first empty row below your data
- Delete rows: Select row → Data Bridge → Mark for Deletion
Important: Your edits only exist in Excel until you click "Save Changes". No changes are made to the database until you explicitly save.

Data Bridge Pro highlights all your changes:
- Blue cells = Modified values
- Green rows = New records to insert
- Red rows = Records marked for deletion
